Are there any health requirements for coming on Sailweek?

You must ensure that you do not have any medical conditions that may inhibit traveling with Sailweek. The sailing trip is not strenuous (unless you want it to be). Guests are not required to perform any physical activity. However, you may choose to participate in sailing, snorkeling, and other sporting activities.
